Michelle is a young trainer who already makes a strong and positive impression through her structured yet calm way of teaching. She combines enthusiasm with clarity and creates a safe, supportive learning environment for both horse and rider.
What truly sets Michelle apart is her focus on the individual combination and the well-being of the horse. She carefully observes, recognizes what is going well, and builds from there with patience and respect. Her timing is exceptional: she guides when needed and gives space when possible, allowing both horse and rider to develop in balance and confidence.
Michelle’s dedication to welfare-oriented training, clear communication and genuine care for every combination make her a valuable example of the next generation of Icelandic horse trainers and a very worthy nominee for this award.
